While brand ambassador Dean Smith takes you on a memorable trip down Clover Hill & Taltarni lane, you will find yourself tucking into the likes of slow roasted sticky asian style lamb with cauliflower & macadamia puree, crispy chilli caramel pork belly, and the famously decadent chocolate fondant.
